Celine Spears is a Colorado-based vocalist, pianist, and music educator dedicated to helping students develop confidence, artistry, and a lifelong love of music. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is currently pursuing a Master of Music at the Lamont School of Music. Celine combines extensive performance experience with a passion for personalized music instruction.
As a performer, Celine has appeared in numerous musical theatre productions, including Chicago, Mamma Mia!, Les Misérables, and more. In addition to musical theatre, Celine has also appeared in several opera productions such as Cendrillon, Il Viaggio a Reims, and Hansel and Gretel. Celine has also worked with local composers, premiering two new pieces in 2025.
Celine's dedication to artistic excellence has been recognized through several awards, including the 2024–2025 Beverly Christiansen Fernald Endowed Scholarship in Voice and the Denver Lyric Opera Guild Scholarship. Her studies have included training with respected voice teachers and performers, allowing her to develop versatility across a wide range of musical styles.
In addition to voice, Celine has studied piano extensively and enjoys helping students build strong musical foundations through both disciplines. She has taught private voice and piano lessons for more than five years, working with students of various ages and experience levels. Her experience includes teaching at Parker Music Academy and Castle Rock Music, as well as serving as a music director intern for a middle school musical production.
Whether in the studio or on stage, Celine is committed to fostering musical growth, creativity, and confidence. She strives to create a positive and engaging learning environment where students can develop strong technique, deepen their musical understanding, and discover the joy of making music.
